Lots of times we have business propositions from clients that we are not really interested in., What polite way can we use to tell them we are not interested?

This is the art of Business Letter writing. My paperback book with yellow pages entitled: Business Letters Contracts and Etiquette by Andrew G. Elliot. Publisher PAPERFRONTS ISBN 0-7160-0733-9. You can purchase it at Amazon or Barnes and Noble.
However if you want to do an online check with the Gurus of Business Letter writing, go to this website at:
http://www.bspage.com/1netiq/Netiq.html
There may be other website with sample letters, but it will be like looking for a needle in the haystack to find one model letter suitable for your specific case. There is no complete fool proof template, only blocks building come nearest to it.
The mode to observe is always to be courteous, with proper salutation, address and grammar. First to give credit to the client/customer when it is due, and not to be sarcastic or with hidden meaning, like the Chinese would say: Words with bones embedded.
Writing the letter from your heart, and do be to the point, not bidding around the bush.

Replying to [Ajlina]: Maybe you did not understand my question. I believe that doing business today is more of a practical than theory, especially with mediums like the internet you get to meet a lot of people who always have something to sell. My question is how do you turn them down when you are not interested without looking/sounding RUDE?

And if that is your real picture; Ajlina, you look really beautiful, Its a compliment

For me I will tell them honestly the reason why I dont want to make business with them so we will know their side and the reason of turning down .
Since I dont want also that i will be turn down without knowing my difference.
Their is a saying: Dont do unto others what others want to do unto you.
Its a golden rule.

Be firm but polite and when you have listened to their presentation/information, let them know that you appreciate their taking time to contact you, but that at the present time you have no interest in expanding to their field of expertise. However, if they would leave their contact persons name and telephone number you would, when the need arises make contact and do business with them.
Hope this answers your query,
Kind regards
