What are the best things we should do when customer visit our factory?

It's a great opportunity when customer/buyer visiting to our factory. Skill of Negotiating is the first important to make customer get interest. Besides that ....any tips , advices or suggestions to build a long term business relationship?Please share your opinion, thanks in advance

Replying to [davindo]:Hey Rani, Congrates, means a deal is just going to begun, Well, what I feel that you should give him/her all due respect and It is advisable to have a proper agenda for the meeting. You can also assign the responsibility I mean who will do what.
Then visit to some good places can also be included.
in last a gift which can be memento of your culture, which will lies with him for his lifetime.

Replying to [davindo]:Don't forget veryone is different,somebody like you give him gift,somebody not ,taking everthing in consideration is important ,such as your customer country background ,and some special custom and etc.As a chinese people,we don't like smoe numbers as 3,4 ,but 8,6 is very popular with us .If you book a room which number is including 3 or 4 for your chinese customer,they will be very angry with you ,because pronunciation of 4 is simlar "die"in China.

Replying to [Street Smart]:Thank you very much Mr. SS, your kind informations is very usefull for me and maybe for others members in this forum who read your great advices.I got your point of views, for point 1 to 6 that's what I always do when customer come to visit, and I miss the point 7 for give a souvenir/gift to them. thanks for your idea about Batik with Solo Labels, something uniq or specific from our city to be gift to remember[em21][em19]Many customers come /visit from many countries, sometime they just only for businesss trip . Come and then go to anothers factory, or they come with their family for spending the holiday as well, My jobs is to be a tour guide too[em3]. But it's nice and exciting that could spend the good day with them , coz they know nobody here except me that's why they are like a new family for me.

Replying to [davindo]:being honest, show how things work, how hard your people are working to produce the final goods, some trade have no clue how things are being produced, point attention to the production problems needed solutions and how valuable the money the are getting, then there is no point to negotiate anything in terms of the price it will be accepted , guarantee, just do not over do it, presenting it honestly will be much appreciated, if you make a theater it will not help. Reasonable and honest will work.
