Jiangsu Yuanfeng Industrial Inc/ frank Zhou

We sent 3 orders to Jiangsu Yuanfeng Industrial Inc/ frank Zhou. One order they manufactured late and we had to ship by Air the goods to make our deadline. We lost a lot of money shipping the entire order by air instead of by boat.
the second order they changed our art and printed with a misprint since they dont speak english. We lost the money on that entire order since the client wasnt paying for a misprinted product.
The third order they made with lead inks ( against our specs) and the product bled all over itself and ruined upon first wash. US customs destroyed the goods when they enter customs. We lost that entire order . This company doesnt stand behind its work, we are out thousands of dollars. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. We do use other factories in China and never had this happen before. Unfortunately this company took 3 orders from us and failed to meet their obligations and then didnt stand behind their work. Refused any restitution or money back. Be very careful of this company.
