This is the first time we met and talk in alibaba. No matter what I ask him, he would tell me that his accounting has sent the payment to us, and also send a bank draft to me. But our account checked it several times in one week, nothing! I told him the situation, and then he let his banker sent me email and ask me to send company's register business certificate and samples to him for testing. I want to know, whether should I trust him or not? Is this kind of person is cheator or not? How to avoid it?
