This will give you a general area of where they are located. If you want specifics, then that means breaking into the ISPs network and looking up customer records. I doubt 2fast4u or anyone for that matter would attempt that. You can alwasy serve a subpoena on the ISP and get the customer information legally.

You can alwasy serve a subpoena on the ISP and get the customer information legally.
good luck with that, unless you know some one in home land security, and it is a matter of national security. if not it can take up to 6 months to get that, if you even get it.
