quality and price , which is important ?

In my opinion : the customers from EU , Amercian , and Japan prefer quality , But the africa , Indian , and middle East are prefer price more

Yes I agree with you. The things is the Economic situation of the country. Eu and US people have enough money so they go for Quality while the third world countires they mostly go for cheaper goods but with somewhat quality as according to the market.
