Can someone please explain why there are so many different prices and how to distinguish the fake deals to real offers?

I am currently looking for a spot deal for 5000 tons to Vietnam.
- I know African origin is to be avoided
- What country has the lowest current prices?

Does anyone know a supplier who can provide me with what I am looking for? Not a trader but a supplier. I want to be able to personally inspect the item. There has been too many different prices ranging from $200 to $350 USD, mostly traders.

Is there minimum requirement to do business with the suppliers?

HMS1/2 in containers is between 450-460 US$/mt,depending by origin and unloading port.Don't give attention to low prices.is only wasting time and energy.

440-460??? that is the current metal price???? wow that is high, that is much higher than what the buyers are willing to pay. buyers are willing to pay 360 CIF to the port and I was hoping to make about $10 per ton if I can get it at 350. Sorry I couldn't TM I don't have that installed. I do have msn if you are willing to enlighten me. dibcompany@hotmail.com

Is not a joke and i am not crazy.Funny is for me to see offers coming with low prices.

I will tell you very serious that HMS1/2 in containers ,FOB East Coast port or USA  is 450 US$/mt. HMS1/2 origin North Europe is between 440-455 US$/mt CFR and i have buyers.No one is happy for these prices but  buy it .

forget the offer.All prices was going up.

I trust more in offers for small quantities.
