You can add moderator, or any paid members of Alibaba.. as i said you can't add free members, if a Moderator is free member you can't add him..

yeah,i don't know why we can't add free memebers when we are free members,it is not good,you know in www.alibaba.com.cn,we can do it ,but don't know alibaba's international website limited this,
