dear community members i want to know that what is the securit of money if we are importing any material from foreign . the material which we want to import can be of low quality as we desired so its of no use to us but bank will do paymet when we take material from port

Use the L/C and require they present a document such as Inspection certificate, Verification cert., Quality & Quantity Cert.,.. issued by reputable third party (SGS..)
