Many buyers want buy laptops, and this was one of my business a long time ago, but in China you will not find real suppliers for branded laptops, i bought 3 laptops in China over the last 3 years and 2 were Dells, bought them from the Dell supplier in China, and the warrnaty even thou it's Dell is not the same, their customer service is not like in UK, i still have problems with my XPS M1210, sure they have repaired 3 times, but will not change the battery again, so i had to buy another new battery at my cost.

If you want Chinese laptops that's fine, but you find the cost is very high now, when you check the selling prices in other countries too, Laptop warranties are very important and this is where your customer service comes in, but how can you deal with Chinese suppliers to get them repaired, if you go to the Canton fair you will see some Chinese laptop factories there, not many.

It seems like its so hard to find a good supplier. I am not a master at finding cheater and identifying good suppliers. I been cheated couple of times..  But through this experiance I can give you folks som advice...



First thing to keep in mind when looking for good company supplier...



-    Make sure their prices are relavently leveled. If its low, and they still claim their products to be Original... its obviously copied.. AND they are cheaters...



-   Usually if its a cheater, they take your money and give you fake EMS number and few days later they block you. And if you make a new MSN ID and gotalk tothem they will bloc you again...


    Lesson: after you talk to the person, get the name of the person to send WU to. make a new MSN ID and talk to them like they didnt send Your items. If they block you they are obviously scam... if they try to find your order and see what happen... then its a good sign.



- and try to get to chatwith their customers... which may not happen.. cus they dont give out customer informtion... but u could try.



- If you buy replicate brands see if they would call it copies besides original... if they say original.. its scammers...

Buyers must understand that W/U payments are not the way to send money to suppliers, if they can not take money to their business account there is a problem, the fact they pay tax means they are registered, if you play into their arms and send W/U direct to their private account this is a bad start to trading.

If suppliers block you, it is easy to open another account and contact them again, but this would not much, remember most scams where you are dealing with a sales person not the leader in these scams.

Brand names, or copies of brand products would cause problems, with suppliers and your business, you would supply fake products that are poor quality and this would give you bad feedback from you buyers, this is the reason why many people get scammed and pay via fast easy payments and send by express delivery services, because the suppliers can not send through their customs, these goods would be stopped.

On W/U, as worked in two serious companies using W/U for payment term, I have some other information.

The reason serious suppliers suggest customers using W/U are mainly:

1) Payment amount is not much, usually below US$1000;

2) Payment will arrive quite fast, within 1 hour, and convenient to get money;

3) Supplier / Receiver needn't to pay bank charge, saving cost, important.

So, for sample fee, supplier often suggest customer use W/U.

Meanwhile, you have to be careful if:

1) Payment amount is big, not only risky, but also bank charge will be high;

2) The supplier insists u use W/U only, no company account for option.

If you're still worried, maybe ask their company confirmation on W/U information with their company chop; if still worried, then refuse such payment term, serious supplier will give you another account.

I would like to be added as well if you dont mind.  I have one company that looks like they checkout but since ive been scammed 2 times now, i little bit leary of doing it again.

How do I make a complaint against a Gold Supplier for stealing my Money?

Fraud, Etc..

 The company name is:

(name of the thief)

 They stole $940.00 from me for samples, by sending me crap I did not order. She claims the shipping company sent the wrong order, yeah and I'm really stupid.

When I asked her to take back the phones, she insisted I sell them to get my money back. The are not worth $400.00 retail, a real stupid scam.

But she cheated me. After a lot of complaining and sending about 300 annoying emails to her, she wants me to  send the crap back to her, which leaves me with zero. I would not trust sending her nothing.

If anyone can help, I would appreciate it. It is amazing how many scammers are on Alibaba. Real sad.

Can I post the complaint against them on your site or theirs.

I would like to add you on my TM list

This company seems to be doing this on a regular basis. I believe there is nothing you can do about it. The company will not even acknowledge that there is a problem. I ordered a few things from them and all I received is junk. We can not sell it. I believe the best thing to do is make it a lesson well learned. Even if you don' t see them in the scammers list be careful

I have learnt my lesson. I am starting to trade only in North America. Maybe we can get some manufacturing jobs back.
