Replying to [essar53]:PayPal would be the best if it is available where you are. It is secure and safe, no personal information is exchanged (such as bank accounts). [em7]

Replying to [Jewels(US)]:Sir I know using paypal would secure both the buyer and the supplier but using a credit or deebit card is risky on internet and the scammers have made the life difficult on internet for carrying out e-business.

If buyer and seller have accounts with PayPal there is no need to use a credit card.  Its simply an internal transfer of funds by PayPal.

Replying to [Ranger]: Yes you are correct I know that for the transaction no credit card is required. But for the buyer to feel more secured about the supplier he needs to get verified on paypal by adding his credit card no.I hope I am correct and I meant the same is risky [em1]

Replying to [essar53]: I think the best and safe way to pay is thru Paypal. But you need to open a paypal account with Paypal. You may consider this as an option. Because with paypal it is safe and your money is transfered directly to your account.

Hope this help.

Replying to [essar53]:Dear Sir, navigate through the Paypal site and you will get all the desired info regarding the payment option.

here is the link.
https://www.paypal.com/

However in India, receiving & sending money through paypal, western union is considered illegal. I mean a Company or professional body cannot use these services, these are meant for personal use.

Replying to [essar53]: dear sir
i think any way like paypal or western union will be not secure for the buyer because it's a money transfer with out guarantee to receiving the goods while the LC guarantee that you already ship the goods because when you send the documents to your bank including the BL it's a prove that the vessel was leaved.[em1]

Replying to [yasseromar]: LC also does give a buyer a satisfaction to receive his goods in a proper way.But it could turn out to be a risk for an supplier as now-a-days there are a lot of L/C frauds too.So it is not good for a supplier

Dear Swarup,
Thanks for your suggestion. But using a credit card now-a-days on the internet is very risky and dangerous and can make a businessman a beggar in a day or two.
