What is the relationship between Trading Company and Manufacture??

We are the manufacture, and i think the relationship with the trading company is very subtle. how to deal with them, i think sometime is very hard , because we always do many things for them , it may just in vain. But it is a truth , they could make a big market for us . Some trading companies just use our pictures and quotation to instead of theirs !

Trading companies does not earned more since we have also pay taxes and materials for what we want to make for the manufacturers.
But, its up to you if you dont want to accrediate trading companies, but they were the one who buy volume.
And in my country, manufacturers , valued the participation of the trading company's since they only manufacture while trading do sales and marketing.

Replying to [luyor ]:It is a mutually beneficial relationship for both. but both the party needs to maintain the dignity of the same. i.e. Manufacturer should not by pass the trading Company and Trading Company should be reasonable to the manufacturer.

Most manufacturers of name brand items do not care for trading companies. They would rather have it that their products were purchased through the official distributors in the buyers country.
Most trading companies would like it very much if they could buy direct from the manufacturer.
