Same, when you're going to do business in China, setting up a company/agent/business, you need to know the local policy, regulation, languages, cultures...lots of complicates.
Any company in China, you have to report the tax every month:
-Income taxes(for company and for individual),
-Business taxes
-Local taxes,
-Consolidated Taxes,
-Real estate tax,
-Stamp duty,
..............................
If you are late for any one of the taxes report, you will get penalty.

you approach a chinese company with your capasity: they will not give a single penny for your investment,sales and otehr things. you can get cheep prodcuts

I suggest you become an independent representative and try selling the products of many companies listed on Alibaba. This way you can test the market and yourself for the success you crave.
Once you find the business you will need to have at least $5 million USD starting capital to open a really legit business. No real businessman will become your partner unless you have capital to risk as well.
Be sure you read about business. In this world money talks. Without money nobody will bother to listen.
