Hi ,
The best lace you should go is Shenzhen and Guanghzou City,you can get amazing low price of used computer parts from Shenzhen and Guanghzou,there are many used computer wholsales market there,and you can easy get shipping agent near by.
You can get a intel CPU 1.1G around ten yuan,of course if you can buy over 100,
The only thing you should pay attention is ,can you import those in to your country?

From my opinion , Guangzhou is the best city for electronics , as it is famous for bisuness because thousands of factories get unioned in Guangzhou .Any way welcome to China .
