Bloody ****, mate. I am at a lost. I just don't bloody get it.

I worked my bloody socks off and managed to get touch with few buyers. Some has placed orders with my company, albeit; behind my back.

I work for a trading company and it is really me off. One of the share holders has been filtering my emails and recently gone to the extend of blocking my POP3 mail. He has been contacting my buyers behind my back. A few of these buyers has placed orders with us but apparently, that unscrupulous bosss is doing the business without the company knowing - for his own personal gain.

It was brought to my attention when 3 of my said "buyers" called me and asked me about the orders which they placed with us or me; I would say. What the **** was I supposed to do? I told them that they have been scammed by my boss and that they should contact him directly.

I have had enough and decided that enough is enough. This is the biggest problem that I came face to face with.

I have a potential South American company making enquiry and before I knew it, he replied to my email. He even has the gut to tell the "buyer" that I am new and not to communicated with me. He has told the "buyer" that he will be in charge of any dealings with them.
[em6]

It has taken me a lot of hardwork and pains to contact this "buyer" and writing a bloody detailed introduction of our company and our products, only for this bloody unscrupulous SOB to screw it up.

He sent an email which was totally incomprehensive to the "buyer" and when they called me I had a lot of explaining to do.
I am proud to say that I managed to convince them and they told me that they will look into our company's conduct and business practice .

I was over the moon when they sent me an email saying that they will study the details and everything. They even promised to call me when they wanted to start negotiation.

Guess what? 5 days later I made a phone call to South America and the "buyer" told me that he will return my call in ten minutes. He did call in about that time, unfortunately that unscrupulous boss answered the call. Right in from of me and my manager, he told the "Buyer" that I have left the company one week ago and that they should deal with him directly.

That "buyer" was shocked at the way our company conduct business. What my unscrupulous boss didn't know was that I made a phone call to the "Buyer" less than 10 minutes before that.

He gave the "buyer" his own personal email and told him to contact him through that email.[em6][em8][em8]

They "buyer" sent me a text message and asked for me to give him another email, which I did.

Goodness lord. I got a nasty email and no matter what I say and he told me it is all over. They would not deal with an unprofessional company.

Well, I confronted that unscrupulous SOB when the other share holder came in. I was about to throw a bloody chair at him but was stopped by my manager. I told them what happened and they asked him about it but he denies everything. My manager did vouched for me as did my other colleague whom has suffered the same ordeal.

They held a meeting and decided to go seperate ways.
I guess I will have to start looking for another new job.[em8][em8]

What a bloody start to the New Lunar New Year for me.

If that would happen to me, I would walk out the door, go see another Trading company, start work with them, and contact all my Buyers and tell them  what happened and that I am now working for a new, more professional Trading company.

I bet you that they will still continue dealing with YOU.

Go for it Big Brother.[em3]

Once I get what I am supposed to get, I am going to declare war on him.[em3][em3]

He's gonna regret crossing sword with me. [em2][em2]. From the moment I leave the company, every minute and every second I am going to make his business live so miserable that he will regret it for the rest of his life.

Good on you.

Don't forget to tell your NEW employer during the interview, that you already have a client base that you will bring with you. That should make him employ you.

Well Grigo covered the important stuff Big Brother..... On a persoanl note I think Grigo and I will "adopt" you as an "Honarary Australian."

Why you ask?

Anyone who can swear in a post as well as you did MUST be part Aussie!

When you get another job you can contact me on TM and I would be happy to have you email me a copy of the products you are able to source and try to throw a few potential buyers you way if possible......(Personally I would have thrown the chair anyway!)
