Replying to [samsousan]: Quite a lot of tee-shirt manufacturers are in Guangdong China, and many of them owned by Hong Kong businessmen. So you may find it helpfull to join the fashion exhit in HK. Many small to medium size clothing manufacturers will have booths there to recruit new international customers, and you can recruit them there : )
