1:surely the replyig formats should be considered.
its so informal to use "u" instead of "you.

2:pay attention to email address,it should be formal too.
includding the business name .
also pay attention that its better for seller to send emils from
email accounts of their own webistes. like: name@buyersite.com

3:its not required to tell any one your postal details and addresses before confirmation of PI.
fisrt ask for PI and after it you can fix other things.

Website based emails are certainly more professional than free hosted emails but are not a reliable indication of scammers.

Many suppliers use free web emails as their company does not supply them with website based emails. As a buyer I often make first contact using free emails rather than our company emails.
