What documents are necessary to receive from a supplier (China) to get the cargo in the port of destination by a buyer (Ukraine) if the buyer has an e-mail copy of non-negotiable B/L with column "Consignee" filled "To order" and Chinese propose to use instead of Original - Telex Release?

then ask shipping line to arrange telex release on you
