Seen this before?
This is a message send back by Hotmail when I sent an email to my customers who have Hotmail accounts.
This is really terrible because since I cannot communicate with my Hotmail customers who bought products from my online store, then there is a possiblitiy I may lose my customers for poor service.
There is no solution to this unless I purchase some kind of online certificate....... I think bill gate is behind this ....(LOL)..
This is an example why we should not reply on email to communicate with overseas.

I do not think it is the ISP.... I did a google search on this matter, and I discovered many people are protesting and complaining about the new Spam Mail Filter Hotmail/MSN had just installed.
Below is a sample email I sent to my customer. For your information, I change the content of the email daily, so no one email contents is the same.
Dear "JOHN DOE"
We have shipped your order today.
Please send us an email, or skype or phone if you encountered problems with your order or shipment. We will be glad to serve you again.
Thank you for your order, and please visit us again to purchase more of our Organic Green Tea products.

I think this is pretty straight forward. I send this to my customer with yahoo.com address without any problems at all.
I also think it could be my software I am using. I am using Opera which allows me to send emails and surf the internet with one window. Oh by the way Internet Explorer sucks big time..
hehehe..... I do not need a solution, I just wondered if anybody was encountering the same problem?

Sometimes Yahoo email has the same problem.
We always fail to receive or send with these email boxes.

The best way is to use the Company id for sending the emails. like

Like I said, this is a very serious problem created by spammers, and many innocent company are affected by this block. And the worst thing is that I do not use email marketing because I think it will hurt my company's reputation and will be branded as a spam company.... now, some of my email to my customers are blocked. How ironic is that?

I just had some e-mails bounced back to me by Hotmail. They were not spam. Microsoft has done it again. I think that G-Mail is better.
