i have a small shop in chiang mai and i will like to go to dongguan (guangdong,guanzhou)and buy jeans,tshirt,hoody etc and then send to thailand.do i have to pay a lot of custom fees?

Contact a Customs Clearance Agent in Thailand and he will let you know what fees are involved.
