Normally when searching product, customer will always look for dealing direct with manufactuerer. So how a trading house can be compete with a manufactuerer? How can change customer perception?

I think there are many situations where trading companies are a better fit for buyers than manufacturers. Unfortunately, most buyers do not see this and instead they demand on buying directly from the source.
They then complain that they are treated rudely by manufacturers, when they really shouldn't be contacting them in the first place with small quantities.

Maybe you could try explaining to potential customers that you offer a wider range of products (if you work with several OEM's) and that your trading company is more flexible with minimum order quantities, terms of payment and possibly lead times. You just need to make sure that your company can deliver on these things :)
