Welcome Nancy... To answer your question. you post a question in the appropriate forum... The Basics forum (this one) is a reasonable place to post if you are unsure where your question belongs. If either myself, Grigo or Darkfox think it belongs in a different forum we can move it there for you.

To get in touch with people use your TradeManager (TM). Even if someone shows as "offline" they will get your message the next time they use their TM.

I ama fraid I can not give you my hand though. I need to use it to type!
