Replying to [imgbijo]: Well, If this order is not very large your options are limited. There is PayPal, escrow.com, T/T, or WUMT or CC payment if the seller takes CC payments. There are fee's associated with each one. Those that take PayPal will usually mark up the transaction an additional 4%, CC payments 2.5%, Even T/T payments will have a markup usually $35.00 and your own bank may charge you a wire transfer fee as well, escrow.com fees vary but the T/T payment they send will charge you $35.00.
What you actually pay for T/T payments on your own will usually very with the amount you have on deposit with your bank. Since I bank with a prime bank, thus no intermediaries my wire transfers cost me $.14 per T/T sent and $.12 per transfer recieved.
Does WU offer "economy" payment in the UK? If they do it is a payment directly from your bank to sellers bank which takes about 3 days. Just make sure you have a Pro forma invoice with the correct information and also make sure the beneficiary of the payment is a business not a person.
Also you need to confirm that the UK seller actually is a business before you send any money. Maybe what might even be better for you if your close, is to drive and buy at the sellers location. That way you can inspect the goods before you pay.
