Who thought that one day india will make the world's cheapest car.
TATA group is well known group in the world.Tata is one of the richest family in india.The group manufactures trucks,cars etc,,
TATA has recently launched his new car called NANO,the world's cheapest car.It costs only 2500$ and it has all facilities like another cars.
My friends just imagine that in india there are millions of families who can afford this car.It seems like a miracle to have a car in 2500$.
I am proud to be an indian.

The car looks nice . And it is really a miracle for all of us . It can let many people's car dream come true . Really a good news for us !
But i do not know when our country can import such car and how much it will be sell in China .

It seems that it is allowed for them to scream at other countrys, and blame all the problems on a few select countrys, but when somebody makes even a suggestion about something their country made, and an inherent potential problems it may cause, then it is just "sour grapes".
There is nothing wrong with india making a new car. Good for India! But face the fact people, that yet another internal combustion engine driven vehicle running on full petrol, is not the best answer for this world of ours.
I would like to thank india, however, for now contributing as much greenhouse gas as they do to the atmosphere. When the Polar bears are extinct along with another 1,00 species you can be proud to stand up with the rest of the developed countrys you so love to blame for everything that is bad and take your fair share of the blame for killing off animals and making glodbal warming happen even faster!

oh well, I guess in Japan we will be able to hear all the traffic noise coming from Beijing... hahaha..

But , the reality remains that he has.....stood by his commitment and declared a promised price .....I believe...HE will deliver.

It would take atleast 8 months for an actual NANO car to hit the road and the proposed plant is under construction in Singur, East part of India. TATAs may think of export of after 2-3 years, not anything now according to their interviews.
The frugal engineering, out of the box thinking has made the model come true. One example is the placement of the engine at the rear to avoid the total transmission from the front and related expenses. The car is Euro IV emission norms compliant and has passed through frontal and side crash tests.
your last comment is interesting.... I wonder if I can sell NANO in Japan. Is it possible?
I know a person who earns a living by selling expensive cars in japan, maybe he can tell me more about selling Nano in Japan.
