Replying to [Andy wang]: dude, i think after this experience you need to discuss with your GM each time before client come to visit. either you pass it to your GM or you should have handle it by yourself. come on, i believe you work hard to get clients but if others don't appreciate it~ you should not let this opportunity slip away. let you GM know you can handle overseas clients too! anyway, i think your GM suck but maybe she got his/her reason.

Send email to the client sometime, make he/her know you are always be his/her friend.
