It is a normal thing which is just like no reply from our customer as a seller.
First you should confirm whether your wanted goods is the supplier's business range.Then you should contract with the supplier directly if it is right,I think.

Replying to [sparo jack]:maybe the supplier doesn't receive your mail if he goes out for business trip or other reasons. or your inqurying products are not in the supplier's business scope. I met such inquiry. I replied many times that we don't deal with that product but the customer keeps sending inquiry to me at fixed time.
But now it's buyer's world. the priority is in your hands. just pass by those suppliers who don't answer and look for others.
