hi friends
i could not send shipment in time and now the buyers are angry with me, i donot hope they will do bussiness with me anymore, what to do now[em12]

Replying to [rathore]:dear ensure them that you will do this mistake again. and also compensate them by sending some more items free of cost . and promise them that they will get there next shipment in time, and keep in touch with them unless they get their shipments. hope they will do bussiness with you in future, and they will be happy with you[em20]

Replying to [rathore]: You should know thatgetting buyer is difficult but retaining him through your best services is even more difficult. Before comitting the time of dispatch, you should have done your home work thoroughly in which you seem to have failed.

Mistakes do occur. If there were some extraneous factors for the delay, beyond your capacity, you can take a chance to try to explain your buyer in detail. If he can accomodate you, its good otherwise you forget this buyer. And take this case as your lesson for the future. Before comitting anything, make sure that you can handle and execute your orders smoothly. For this you will have to be more meticulous.

Replying to [rathore]: i think you must explain why shipping is dealy, and keep contact with the buyer during the whole shipping process. even he still very angry with you and never reply your email. In this way, you have to let the buyer know you are very care about him.


After you know he get the items, you have to follow up, even he does not reply you. You may ask him how's the items condition? does he satisfy? and if you have new items or price update, you must send one copy to him, even he does not reply you. In Christmas, send him a ecard as well. let him know you are care about him.
