Memo to Admin

I believe that competitions like this are just plain dumb as they disrupt team spirit and destroy morale of good people.

You never find this sort of stupid management policy in Western companies.

You guys in Admin ought to spend your time reading books on how to manage teams of people rather than on stupid destructive behaviour like this.

To paint a fine picture is far more important and play a great role
than to sell it...You are painting ALIBABA with new techniques
and kind of motivation. When your work speaks for itself,
don't interrupt....Go ahead.
Best of Luck

Do you know that the voting system can be manipulated?

For instance, if the candidate wants to up his votes, s/he can go a register other new sign up names and then go to the voting counter and vote for him/herself.

If you see someone's vote goes up dramatically all of a sudden, then there is very likely to be this case.

Look into A-E for instance, you will find dramatical changes and the number of voters are extra ordinarily higher than the other groups.

In my personal opinion, Admin should call off this voting system, and simply award the Trust Pass Membership to Veteran Moderators.

The latest hot news !!

There is Foow leading by small margin, and Grigo followed by int786, racing neck to neck. Wow, this is better than the US Presidential polls, except that there is no gender or race issue.[em2]

This is exciting, like watching an arena of Moderators verses mods, going for the popularity campaign.

I spoke to an Indian Superintendent yesterday, he was formerly working for L&T Shipping Corporation, an extinct company, L&T gave up its shipping firm to concentrate on their core business, and Shipping Corporation of India took over to be the major player in the market. They were talking about privatisation three years ago, and now has changed its plan to be autonomous instead, showing good profits since the Crude Oil prices rose.

We talked about India, and about the Sonia who made the right decision to let Dr. Mammohan Singh take over the helm to be the Prime Minister of India. Thanks to him that India has progressed so much in the last five years, where no other head of state has done before. That was the turn of fate, the assassination of Rajeev in Tamil Nadu State.

Then we hit the point : Capable and intelligent people are not political minded, those who win the votes are only popular among the m , and their capability does not matter.
