- Specific - set specific goals.
- What do you want to achieve, you have to set your aim at the target.
- Focus on the target, not to be too general.
- Measurable - Set measurable goals.
- You need to quantify your goals. E.g. you set your goal to lose weight, by how much?
- With the measurement you can gauge your progress, and adjust your action if the goals are not met.
- Action plan -
- Without an action plan, your goals are just wishful thinking, and your dreams are just dreams, which may turn out to be nightmares if you failed to take action and seize the opportunity.
- If you plan to lose 10 kg of body weight for example, you will have to work out an exercise program, go the gym, or jogg for 3 to 5 km a day, for 3 days a week, and do 50 inclined sit-ups, lift 20 kg with both arms for 20 times, etc.
