Currently hop job is not a fresh issue someone dislike his or her present job so submit a resign report to their supervisor,
I think if you found your job assignment is not your original expected,to be or not to be,.one of my friend had changed 3 job ,she told me she can't handle problem coworks and can't juggling multiple different assignments in a short time.
so my question is when you can't find a decent job only to find a job for survival

to change job in a short time is good or not\?

participate into discussion will benefit to your long term development
perspective and vision is far more important than purely knowledge

Of course it's not good to change jobs frequently.
But if we really don't like our jobs, we need to change.

Replying to [kinetic]:I guess it would depend on how long you were at the company and how many times you have changed jobs.

If you have changed a few times in a year it doesn´t look good. If the amount of time you were working at the companies are less than a year it will make you look unstable.

However in today´s day and age if you are at a company for more than 5 years you are concidered an old timer. This is because the company can be bought out, go out of business/ bankrupt, or your many years of experience cost the company too much money. Unfortunatly some bosses will rather replace an experienced person with a big salary ( that they deserve to earn )with a person right out of school for a much lower salary.
