In my earlier posts I have mentioned about a company called Fuzhou Shionhao Trade Co., Ltd and its contact called yemeimei (I have kept the same nick name). Now I have reported this company to alibaba and here is what they have replied to me:

Now friends the question I got hold of this supplier on Alibaba and we communicated using Trademanager. And now alibaba is not ready to take any responsibility of the fraud. Also how did alibaba made this supplier a GOLD SUPPLIER that too for 2 years in a row and how come this supplier got TrustPass membership. Its all scam man, do not deal on Alibaba, they are the biggest fraudesters here.

I am not a friend of Alibaba's support, however it must be said at this time !

And now alibaba is not ready to take any responsibility of the fraud.

You should ask yourself, "Why did I not use my Due Diligence before, I have use this website(or others)for business, about that I have no Clue ?"

B2B is only a contact possibility between free partners, without any guarantee and responsibility, what you do, you do it on your own resposibility, nobody is involved in your decisions !

But most of the complaining members who get cheated, are so convinced from themselves about their expirience, that they think they know everything !
If it is too late, we see them here crying and complaining, looking for a helping hand and if they not find one, others are accused for their own stupid errors !

I bitterly regret paying them over $500.00 US for a Trust Pass membership, which involved some person phoning our office number, as king a few questions, doing a company search through the NZ Companies office, and Voila...I am a TrustPass member. From the start that did not give me confidence. Since then, I have been caught myself with a shady operator, who has cost me a lot of money. But I have also noticed, and from my dealings on here with a lot of other companies, that this is Fraudster Heaven.

Replying to [curlysportsfun]: I have also been done by fraud (www.hyperkakas.com) from a man or woman supposedly named Rudi Putra and smart comment like that don't help anyone in the same or similar situation, i have reported this to Alibaba and am still awaiting a reply, as the person said above this site should really be named Alibaba and the 40 thieves as it seems to be full of fraudsters. The one bit of advoce I can give from my bad experience is when buying any goods online to use a CREDIT CARD as you have a better chance of getting your money back.

Replying to [yemeimei]: People who get scammed do so for a reason. Because they don't take the time to do a proper Due Diligence, and because they are greedy. The scammer relies on greed to get his victims. Think about it.

As for blaming AliBaba for YOUR PROBLEMS, you are wrong. AliBaba is a contact platform. They make no claims to guarantee any deals you contract. They merely supply the place for buyers and sellers to make contact. It's that simple.

That you are blaming them for YOUR MISTAKES only shows your own immaturity. Are you in the right business? Perhaps you should be delivering mail, or something instead?

Replying to [yemeimei]: You are absolutely right!!! They did me the same way, same stupid message. I ordered a laptop $800US and they sent me a 5 yr old laptop that doesn't work. Not even the same brand, i don't know why the bothered sending anything. Alibaba suggested i do "good faith mediation". Not possible when the "fraud supplier" doesn't respond. Replying to [aardvarkzone]:They are a platform for putting "Buyers" and "Sellers" together. That is the problem. We are "Buyers", but they put us together with what they KNOW FULL WELL are "Fraudsters", "Cheats", "Crooks", "Thieves", you name it. They DO NOT PUT US TOGETHER WITH SELLERS. This is a platform for disaster and a shame on a rather large race of people.
