Any manufacturer can put the label in but if you want to hold on to the trademark I suggest you register it in the U.S. and In the country where you are having it produced. Otherwise you may see your trademark used by someone else in the country where it is being manufactured. Also do not use not use trademark agents to register your brand use a lawyer only both in the U.S and abroad to register the trademark with the proper agency. In China it is the CTMO a department of the SAIC.
