Senseless postings- Mayhem

What has become of unscrupulous traders from China? I have surfed many B2B websites and find it really disgusting.
Fair enough, they are trying to make a living but can't they just @#$#@ do it in a proper way. They are hurting the real business community.
It seems that they are posting trade leads all over the shops. They have now retorted to posting fake, imitations and non existence products in almost every B2B buying leads. Aren't buying lead meant for buyers to post their buying requirements?
What has become of them?
Have they become so desperate?
Are they smart, or *** to do so?
To me, they are either dumb or just plain %$#@#$% stupid.
I have taken the initiative of adding links to warn buyers who send me any enquiries. The links is to inform them about frauds and scammers preying on innocent buyers.
