For those who are new to the trading business.. Will it be secure if they are using their personal name to close the deal?

What are the pros and cons of using personal name versus a company??

I donot  understand your doubt:   You have to use your original name, firm name and address with tel/fax numbers. Do you think to to deal in duplicate or nickname,so the tadeing amount will go to somebodyelse

Its always to give your genuine detail(personal as well as company, dont go for very personal which is not related to yours work) if want to be in the long run.hiding detail shows yours bad temprament related to business?Just think of yourself if a person hides himself how on can be sure that whether he is serious what he is asking for or about the service he is offerring.?And when you provide name its easy for that person to proceed easily in matters..?What will happen if someone call yours company and he is not knowing whom he had talked with?Might be he may not get required detail as he wont like to waste his time on re discussung with some other peple the same matter.?

I mean that when you are negotiating with the other party, will it be possible that we use or own name instead of company name if we act just an agent..

Not necessarily. We are all logged in here under nicknames on Trade Manager. However, once you start negotiating a deal, and are using emails, then real names should be used.
