Replying to [curdrice]:Yes,Agree with you much.I do this way every time. But ,,but what do you know the result is?
There is no reply obviously.I wonder for what reason they send enquiry?
Sometimes they are simply joking to us.This is a waste of time.
So, a word for buyers :when you send enquiry ,attach more detailed information ,advise some required for sellers 1)do market research,2)the price will be important3)this is one of our old customer, they will place the order ,and so on.
With this, sellers will take some policies accordingly .
Please be more serious when you send enquiry!

Replying to [Dianachen]:If the enquiry mentioned all the details like technical information, packing, shipping, delivery, quantity, sampling etc., you can consider it is real enquiry.

Hi Diana
Now a days in business, its not so easy to identify it is a valueable inquiry or not, but simply for this reason we should not keep the inquiry unanswered. communicate with the client and ask them for more particulars, from this we can judge the enquiry. hope this will be of help to you. let me know if you need any further info.

Replying to [Dianachen]:very simple, if the phone no of our buyers are working, and he is replying phone call, then may he is serious, if he insist to reply by emails only, then he is not a real buyer or supplier, so, always try one time atleast to check the phone no . and the address of the party, you will get the value inquire soon
