How are you? New Year is coming, I wish all of you Happy New Year!

We are a Hwrdware tools manufacturer, also trader company. We sale our products all over the world! Because I like to make friends with the foreigners, no matter we do business or not. [em10]

But I don't know, I am honest to my clients, they seem don't feel it. How to make our clients feel our honest? [em4]

Keep customer update his order status. If you face any problem call him and explain how you're trying to overcome the problem. Don't keep them in dark.

Replying to [lindy]: It's easy for you to promise something. A criminal promise that he won't hurt anyone, a trickster promise he won't cheat anyone. We hear so many promises around us.
To make your clients feel you are honest, you should let them know that you can bring real value to them, not just want to sell something to them.

Replying to [lindy]:well, to start, offer a more secure payment portal. I see more people are starting to offer paypal. One begins to wonder how some companies have no problem dealing with paypal while others still want you to send western union when it is a world wide concern sending such poor payment options.

Thanks for your benedictions,it is general questions.if your potential prospect is not trust you,that is due to he or she had been cheated before this transaction,you may be more patient and told your prospect your past reputation records,and show how dedicated you treated your prospect,.and if you didn't treat your customer appropriately you won't get a long term business relationship,if you offer your heart you will be reimbursed by other's counterpart accordingly
