What is the cheapst way to ship samples to Saudi Arabia?

I requested a sample from a supplier in Shenzhen, China.
He said that EMS shipping is not available to my country, only DHL,UPS.
The sample weighs about 3KG and the shipping by UPS will be 196 USD
and DHL will be more expensive.
1. Is there any companies that have less shipping price?
2. I read here that TNT is best for Saudi Arabia. How much will it cost?

i am an forwarder in shenzhen . if the cargo is a common thing and the weight is over bulk weight (volume(cm3)/6000),the shipping by DHL is cheaper about 115 USD than shipping by UPS about 170USD . and EMS dont provide service there . if u want us to send the sample to u ,plz communicate with us without hesitation .
