Dear Sir,
it is awalys advisable to ask your buyer from which company he wishes you to get the certification done, as that will allow him to get more trust on you and also always quote clearly that cost of inspections are inclusive or exclusive. SGS is usually all around the world and my experience of them have been good. but always look into the cost impact of different fees charged different agencies.
thumb rule - let your customer tell you which one to use, else go to nearest
trade association and seek their advise for your local testing agencies.

and continues to provide a totally independent weighing,
sampling and analysis service to the commodity trade.
They have an office in Istanbul, too. I worked with them on different occassions. They offer a good service at affordable prices..
