Export of Cement is banned in Ukraine

Ukraine was the main source of supplying cemnet to world. I noticed that export of Cement is banned in Ukrain but I am not confirmed. Kindly any one can confirm.....Please!

In fact the Ukrainian cement is sold to Russia and nearby countries as they fetch very good prices. So many fake sellers try to sell CIF price below the freight rate from Ukraine to a particular country and many buyers are trying to believe that also.

8. Buyer submits draft of LC for seller's approval.
9. After accepting the draft by the Seller, Buyer opens the LC.
10. After 7 days of accepting the LC, Seller posts 2% PB to the Buyer.
11. Shipping starts per contract schedule.

PAYMENT
