Alibaba claims these memberships give the seller "credibility", however they do not, and Alibaba fails to stay behind their word.
Do not do business with ANYONE that does not allow you to pay via a secure payment method (ie. Credit Card, Escrow.com, COD).
Anyone claiming to sell popular consumer electronic items are most likely scammers. If you want wholesale consumer electronics, then setup an account with Ingram Micro and Tech Data. These are the same suppliers Amazon.com, Buy.com, BestBuy, etc get their product from.
There is NOT a high profit margin in consumer electronics. So don't be misleaded. Alibaba is a waste of time if thats what your looking for.
For those of you that are legitimate sellers, dont waste your money on Gold Supplier or TrustPass memebership, they mean absolutly nothing and buyers are becoming more aware of this. Accept secure forms of payment and be reliable. This is the only way to win buyer confidence.
Alibaba and its 40-thieves is no joke. They didnt choose the name for nothing. Alibaba is founded and run by theives and are co-conspirators with the scammers that roam this site.

I even seen a chinese guy on ebay selling xbox's they were going for about 4-500 each because he only accepted western union and t/t lol what a joke.
I even found a guy here on alibaba who is in orlando about 1 1/2 hrs from me. deadline to order xbox 360's was by monday the 28th at noon. His price of 350 each seemed legit more so than the others selling in the 200's. but only accepted t/t even after i said im an hour away let me pay in person with a cc of some type and he said no t/t only but i could locally pick it up if i wanted.
what you get on here if you are getting a legit deal from 98% of the people is that they are the middle man taking a chunk of your profits.

Hi, I also tried to do business with suppliers in Orlando and other parts of Florida and Georgia, but they would not accept pickup. This includes Leonard's of Orlando and her neighbor, Maldonado's. I have tried to pay in person with several companies, but I think even if they are legit, they like the idea of shipping taking a week because then they have lead time to wait on THEIR suppliers (who may end up being scammers.) If you know anyone in Florida that has them ON HAND, even if the price is high, let me know. bongator2003@yahoo.com

Not necessarily are Trust Pass Members full of it. You have to also to verify their actual cridentials. We are Trust Pass members and there was an extensive credit and backround check done on the principal of the company. Just check out Trust Pass Members before purchasing anything from them, like any other company.
