buying from Indonesia

Acouple of days ago I place an order for some Sony PS3 to a company name MARUKENA Inc, country/territory:Brunei Darussalam. address:Bfpo11,Brunei, the thing is that I have not gotten an answer from them and I already send payment, the contact name is : Kemakmu Lappet, email address: kemakmu@agent.la,and they are located in Indonesia, should I forget about the money invested or should I wait a couple of more days?

Tonito,I think you should be patient for few for a while and make a liitle more to reach the company and if after that you still could notget them,then report to the alibaba team the deatils of your payment and payment method used in sending the money to the company.I would advice you to be careful next time when buying such items online,you should endeavour to seek for advice before making such payments and always insist on LC/BG for making payment because that will surely save you alot of trouble.

dude be careful ,,,, sounds like you did a wire transfer ,...those things are bad and if your gonna do them make sure your dealing with a big reputable company ...me personally no paypal no deal .... transfer's cannot be refunded or traced ...perfect for criminals ...i reckon you've been done.... learn from it and i hope it doesn't clean u out !!!!!!

I am exactly the same way if they wont accept Paypal I will not order plain and simple, only the scammers wont except it because they cant scam you.

1. Chose the qualified and registered company
2. Look at the company profile, read carefully, see the contact us page, see the details address and make sure that they put mobile number or phone line. Try not to deal if they put a mobile number.
3. Buy available stock only, if you like to make order (for first time) you could give them Down payment, if point 1 and 2 is met.
