I am glad to say that I conquer myself.
At one time I encountered my misfortune,I nearly abandoned all hopes to be alive.
But now, thank goodness I am alive!

For the year 2007, the most joyful thing for me is I make friends with Tom - a nice guy who can share the good and bad that happening everyday which makes my life more colorful and hopeful.
Hopefully, everyone has something to cheer as Christmas is coming and everyone should have a nice mood to meet it.
Also, wish everyone will have a nice New Year holiday and have many things to enjoy in 2008.

Understand that Gold suppliers pay around US$10,000 for membership?
What I would suggest is for Ali to do some troubleshooting, get feedbacks from its Gold members and help those who are doing badly. This way, Ali should do for Customer Relation Management (CRM) and by doing so, may generate greater customer satisfaction and a win-win situation.
Handson, to be frank with you, being a foreign trader, we can see the problems faced by the Chinese suppliers. It is basically attitude of the Chinese sales person, s/he thinks that the most important matter is to close the sales, not to care about how s/he writes an email, or did the communication. You may put the blame on their poor command of English, but I would not use this excuse, if the person realise his/her poor command of the language, that person should take measures to ensure her writings and style of communication does not turn the customers off.
The other matter is the demand for Advanced payment before manufacturing. Chinese companies should bear the responsibility of taking inventories, making sure there is availability of the product and affordability of the price.
To summarise, the chinese companies should improve their communication through emails, the Internet postings and through TM and Web chat. The moment this is mastered, the sales will pickup.
