it's good, i wish i would self-employed, nobody manage me, nobody criticize me, but the shortcoming is that money is too difficulty to be earned in the financial crisis..

Learn a lot from here. Yes,   when we get complaince from other, we always become angry at the first time and don't  accept that we had do something wrong. Or even want to escape from what we had do wrong. This is not right and not the wat to solve problem. We should take the compaince as a suggest sometimes and improve ourselves then we can achieve more.
