My question is;
What is the best way to manage a safe and equitable partnership with foreign company?
I have client for one product here in Canada, and via Alibaba I found many interesting supplier around the word, and I would like to be give them more visibility and presence in north American market.

SalimBen, Your question is very interesting and I believe it can be answered in many ways. I will looking at it from culture perspective and depending on the country’s culture and business practice I think attempting to build a long term relationship is extremely important and vital.  In some cultures signing a contract does not necessarily mean it is a done deal, but face-to-face and shaking hands might be. Another way might be to make your expectations realistic and not overwhelm your partner with all the information that you have, take it one step at a time. I am sure others can look at this question from a differently perspective and provide their insights.
