I would appreciate any expert help on this one please.I am in contact with some memory card suppliers and am finding wholesale costings.are varying wildly.So a fairly decent average cant even be formulated.

Putting aside the obvious scam deals offered .Can anyone give a clue as to a fair cost FOB wholesale ,say small MOQ of 100+ .

For example >>> Sony 2GB Memory Stick PRO DUO card ?

Apologies to forum Mods on my above post .First off ,it reads like a buy request .It was not meant to come across as that .It was meant as a genuine open request for thoughts on pricing only.Secondly ,it should have probably been posted (and worded differently) in the computer forum.

Thank you ,I appreciate your comments . But I work using tried and trusted " agents " .On the ground ,in the geographic areas of the suppliers.That in itself goes a long way to at least minimising the chances of being scammed /defrauded etc . And for the low outlay cash wise it is worth every cent.

Nothing is ever 100% secure ,but putting measures in place to assist in sourcing ,verifying and so on can only be a positive step in the right direction.

Wholesale from a U.S. Supplier you looking at 3800.00 before shipping and even more for SanDisk from legitimate wholesalers.

Replying to [Ranger]:Thank you for your reply Ranger.I know I was asking possibly a bit of an unanswerable question ,given the volatile pricing nature of this type of product .

My question stemmed from the fact that some of the quotes I was receiving were so ridiculous ,it was obvious that scam was written all over them.So obviously no cash movement took place.

The annoying part of the whole thing is that offers were coming in from so called legitimate / verified suppliers on this and other B2B platforms.So much for their various verification processes.Questionable at best ,completely useless at worst.

The good part is > it reinforced the need for as much due diligence as possible before parting with any type of payment.And also ,getting as much info as possible on any product , from any legitimate source.
