what are your feelings of rejecting SOMEONE&being rejected on TM add

Just put a topic here
and hope we can think about anything on both sides.
TM is not so easy to Add someone if you
might knock out on the wrong door.....
and AS you know, all golden suppliers are online in their work time (at least 8 hours), We want to do biz so that we should show Visiable/Smile/welcome/hospitality...being nice and.comodo....

and we suppliers should not easily give up chasing a potential buyer
even sometimes we might follow a wrong target , haha
So it is right way for you to hide around us and reject us

Too many sellers who sell or make something which not in our industry came knocking everyday, I would have to employ another person if I wanted to entertain them, if you don’t want to get rejected, study what that person is dealing with before knocking, I think most seller just don’t bother, they just knock on every door and reply to all buying leads without knowing what the buyer want. Some even came back after a few days and start to ask “ are u my customer?” Some came knocking on the right door but eventually forgot to quote at the end. Sorry if I offend you but I feel many are very dis-organized. Some keep on asking the same question again and again without knowing there is a history in the TM or too lazy to check the history on what they have chatted before

please understand the sellers just want to show their goods to the buying lead,,,it is hard to avoid the mistake ,misunderstanding,bothering someting like that. Actually foreign trade business is the process of communication of different countries,we believe it will goes well in the future with the development of global economy growth. All of us

Replying to [jo8chinaetyahoocom]: All the BUYER should keep one thing in mind that they are SUPPILERS to some one as well.
The way someone is knocking your door you are also knocking someones door for business.
Hence they should treat all their suppliers respectfully and gracefully.
It is okay to say NO to the suppliers when their product is out of your business or you dont want to change your existing suppliers.
Suppliers should accept gracefully when someone denies entry to them but should not leave the HOPE.
