Keep watching english news channels, first it will be difficult for you to spend the time on news channels, keep on practicing on that. First try to hear & understand what there r speaking and how they r speaking in that language.After a period of time ur communication will be developed automatically. First: you should read english magazines,books and listen to english channels, music...
Second: you must think in english. I mean that you temporarily forget your mother tonger and always think every things in english. there is one day you find out that you even speak english in your dream, then you really achieve success in your learning english.
Finally:I think that learning english through videos is really an effective way.
All things I tell above are the ways you create english environment by yourself. It takes a long time to do that. But nothing we can not do!

And one thing i think it is also important is that you must love english

Watching the BBC News from the TV
Copy the way of the talking from the BBC progammes
Knowing some more English speaking friends
Reading English books everyday at least half an hour, thge more is better.......
Much more to do if you are really hot to learn!!

Reading and listening is not enough.. You have to put it on PRACTICE.... Make it a habbit everyday, keep on practicing.. nothing is impossible if you would always keep in mind your strong determination to LEARN... believe me, it can be acquired through conscious effort..
