Replying to [int786]:with copper prices being what they are today your best solution may be buying copper sheets not cathodes but sheets. You can get them at $1500 a kilo and they have a 99,997% purity. I have found this to be a great solution for many buyers.

I have a firm buyer for Copper Scrap. with LOI / ICPO + BCL
Min. 100 to 500 MT in containers 20 / 40 ft, CIF to China / Taiwan / Vietnam.
This is for min 12 months contract. ( Review Every Two Months )

Just for your info, we have one done deal, 200 MT, last week at USD 3370/MT.
KB 60/MT. CIF to China - Port. ( We are willing to hear your new offer )
Payment : 20% Deposit By TT, After Viewing Cargo and Balance 80% By TT, Upon Delivery, With Master BL, Airway Bill, PI, Inspection Report.
