Your best bet is to contact a design and outsourcing company in the U.S. near your location. These companies can review your designs and put you in touch with companies that will contract manufacture your product(s). Remember that if you have them manufactured outside the U.S. that you will incur all the costs associated with the items including shiping from the manufacturer any export taxes from that country as well as import taxes. All these costs must be figured into your per piece cost.

You've got to be extremely careful and mindful of the numerous * bags who could steal your ideas and designs and make their own production.

First take care of the Patent Registration for US, Europe, Asia, including China and India. Make a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) with those would-be manufacturers, and DO NOT disclose anything about your design.

For your product to take off, considering the chicken-egg situation of having enough money, sales and IP Protection, I suggest you start you manufacturing at home country with your Copy Rights Patent first.

The shoes market is tremendous, and the big boys are there. It may be worthwhile to work with them for your design. They have the infrastructure, the distribution, the market and the mechanism and brand names to launch your product into great heights.
