E-mail is a good tool to inform and go into a dialogue with your customers as long as you have a good CRM team in your company or through outsourcing.

To recruit new customers I rather use a combination of traditional communication tools and the new online tools. It is now adays possible to let the customer ask via his mobile phone to get more information at the moment he sees the advert. The customer then gets his information on his e-mail which then is tracked by a database platform. This in combination with a CRM team that can follow up and target the customer more precisely is a method set up for success

Replying to [jo8chinaETyahoocom]:Face to face meeting is better than mail, but in this digital world, email is also a useful tool to communicate between buyer and seller.
I can show our new design by it,I can send many informations by it such as contract, invoice, even B/L copy...
I vote mail is great.

Of course,it is just one of the communication tool,we use it with telephone, fax, express etc together.

Email is a very important communication . Its a great help to us business people since without emails, its very expensive to communicate to your customers and new prospective buyers.

Besides, thru emails you can can send brochures and pricelist which more cheaper than send it thru DHL, Fed Ex or international faxes.
